Intellectual property is a relatively new issue and has not yet received strong emphasis in Vietnam. Consequently, intellectual property infringement is becoming more frequent and sophisticated, significantly harming the interests of many individuals and organizations. At LAWREL, we provide legal services ranging from consultation to litigation and handling acts of intellectual property infringement.

Specifically, LAWREL offers services as a representative for the registration of intellectual property rights for individual and organizational clients, and we participate in consulting and negotiations for the transfer of intellectual property rights. Our legal services in intellectual property include:
