    • 2016 – Present: Lecturer, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
    • 2021 – Present: Mediator, Arbitrator at the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (STAC).

    In addition, Mr. Huan has advised numerous domestic and foreign enterprises in various fields such as establishment, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, operating licenses, environment-related permits, and conditional business sectors. Notably, Mr. Huan has also consulted and supported many individuals and businesses on issues related to real estate business, sales and exchanges, and the resolution of land disputes.
