Lawrel Partners with the Ministry of Justice and UNDP in a Training Program on Responsible Business

On June 11, 2025, Lawrel’s legal counsel, Mr. Le Minh Nhut, LL.M., conducted a training session on Responsible Business Practices (RBP). The session was held for representatives from Departments of Justice, Departments of Industry and Trade, as well as various associations and businesses in the southern region, as part of a program by the Ministry of Justice and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Responsible Business Practice (RBP) involves actions that simultaneously secure the interests of the business while also upholding human rights and protecting the environment and society.

With major global markets like the EU and the United States placing increasing emphasis on RBP, it is crucial for state management officials, enterprises, and associations to have a clear understanding of these practices. This understanding is necessary to shift awareness and prepare appropriate implementation and monitoring measures. Failure to do so could negatively impact their market share in the global supply chain.
