    LAWREL is honored to introduce our Legal Counsel

    Ms. Pham Thi Thuy, LL.M., is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Procedure, Faculty of Civil Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and concurrently serves as an Arbitrator at the Southern Trade Arbitration Center (STAC). Her primary area of expertise is civil procedure. With extensive experience in teaching, research, and legal practice in Vietnam, particularly in litigation, LAWREL is confident that Ms. Thuy will provide the highest level of support and advisory services to our clients.

    We are pleased to highlight some of Ms. Thuy’s recent applied research works in the field of civil procedure:

    • Contributing Author, Commentary on Selected Issues of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code from Adjudication Practice, Judicial Publishing House (2022).

    • Contributing Author, Civil Procedure Law (Part on Civil Case Proceedings) – Case Studies and Analysis, Hong Duc Publishing House (2020).
