Professional Experience
- 2018: Romes & Associes Law Firm, Paris, France – Intern with duties including: assisting lawyers with firm matters such as reviewing and drafting pleadings, dossiers, and client correspondence; researching and summarizing construction law regulations; attending court hearings on behalf of lawyers to gather case-related information.
- 2010 – 2019: Department of Justice of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam: Worked as a legal specialist providing in-depth advice on issues such as Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts, construction law, investment law, international dispute resolution, promoting the development of commercial arbitration; and recognition and enforcement of foreign competent authorities’ decisions in Vietnam.
- 2019 – Present: Lecturer, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
- 2022 – Present: Scientific Reviewer for the international Scopus-indexed journal (ranked Q1 in 2020) – Journal of Legal Affairs and Dispute Resolution in Engineering and Construction.
In addition to these dynamic activities, Dr. Hoa currently advises and supports numerous domestic and international enterprises in the construction sector. Notably, she also advises many large corporations in the energy field, assisting with legal finalization for many renewable energy projects. Together with LAWREL, Dr. Hoa has been and will continue her journey of consulting and supporting businesses in the construction and energy sectors.
